Testr — Privacy Policy

Effective July 2, 2026 · Testr, Los Angeles County, CA

The short version: your test results belong to you. We collect only what we need to send a collector to your door and release your results to your private account. We never sell your data, and we never share your results with anyone but you and the authorized staff who process your test.

Information we collect

When you create an account and order a test, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number; the address and location you choose for specimen collection; your order history; and the results of tests you order. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to dispatch a certified collector to your location, to show you live tracking and order status, to release results to your account, to maintain chain-of-custody documentation, and to provide customer support. Location access is used only while you use the app, to set your collection address and show collector tracking.

Test results

Test results are sensitive information. Results are visible only to you in your private records, to the certified collector who processed your specimen, and to authorized Testr administrators. We do not disclose results to employers or any third party unless you share them yourself or we are required by law.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored with our cloud database provider (Supabase) with row-level security, so each account can only access its own records. Data is encrypted in transit. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking. We do not share your data except as described above.

Your rights

You can access your records in the app at any time. To correct, export, or delete your data, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
